Wonderful podcast. Paul you were kind and patient with Lauren telling her story, in her words, on her terms. I’ve come away with more compassion for Lauren. Thank you

Lauren spoke with accountability and responsibility, about the most intimate parts of her life to date. Her truth, transparency and vulnerability was felt throughout the podcast, deeply in her sharing. Paul Brunson, was able to walk with her and “meet her,” on her journey now/then and understand the complexities of being Lauren, and the decisions that were made for her, by others and the ones that she made on her own too. The conversation was expansive in content exploring childhood, intimate relationships, family, friendships, fame, grief/loss, love, mental health and well-being healing, with reflection, exploring her truth and transparency. I enjoyed the references to authors, academics and researchers, within the field of human psychology and behaviour patterns, which were interweaved timely, into the conversation and has been a resource for my own further reading and understanding too. “We need to talk ,” will be a “constant” on my podcast rotation and I have enjoyed sharing and discussing this podcast and it’s content with close friends too. Thank you Lauren and Paul ✨🙏🏿.
