What IS a partnership anyway?

The kbbreview Podcast

Welcome to The kbbreview Podcast, this is episode nine of season seven and today we're talking about that mostly prickly of symbiotic  relationships - the one between  retailers and suppliers.

One of the most frequently used requests is that it should be  a 'partnership', but what exactly does that mean?

What's the difference between a 'partnership' and a simple transactional placement of orders? Are partnerships all about the people rather than the company?

Should partnerships come from formal service level agreements or is it much more about gut feeling - you simply know when it's working and when it's not.

To discuss it all we have the return of two podcast stalwarts, Paul Crow from Ripples and Tony Robson from DayTrue in London.
