Excellent podcast with brilliant guests!
I’ve been catch up! Every episode in the last season is fantastic. The host really does her research,taking us on a journey of the guests career. This podcast will challenge your mindset, so you have no choice but to level up! I also really enjoy the post show debrief, so make sure you listen to the end. This is a nice reflective way to analyse the conversation with the guest and get the host and producers view on any lessons learnt.
Summer nights is back with a bang -including a great Q & A session. I would love an episode on how to recognise when your in a glass Cliff Scenario ? when you start a new leadership role, it lacks structure and strategy but your predecessor was highly praised.
