    The Panic Years

    The Panic Years

POA for today: How do you know if you're with the right person or settling? When is the right time to have kids—and how do you know you're doing it for the right reasons? Does being jealous of your friends when they're pregnant or married make you a bad person? And how do you handle 'The Panic Years'—the period of flux between your late 20s and mid-30s where women are forced to reckon with their fertility, life goals, ambition, and relationships? We've got British Vogue columnist, journalist, author, and all-round legend Nell Frizzell on to discuss all. Good for the soul

So nice to listen to 2 intelligent, fun women talk about the big and the small. This is filling the High Low shaped hole in my heart. On my second listen through 😂 thanks gals! Hope I bump into you in the pub one day.

Long time listener, first time reviewer

This week’s episode, ‘this relationship is doomed’ is the very best. You articulate all the things I want to say about women’s experiences in such a perfect way. I listened yesterday and today had another chat with my Good Boi boyfriend about women’s issues and how we need his help. This time I think I got through, I just needed to borrow a few of Grace and Izzy’s points! It’s now Sunday morning and he is reading up on the gender pay gap so if the conversation ever comes up with his mates, he’ll be able to contribute positively to the conversation. Thanks ladies! Easy listen!

I feel like I’m just sitting with two gals having a chat and I love it! Such relatable topics, also being a young kiwi gal in London, I feel like we’re friends 😂 love love love! 🤍
