A sea change is occurring

Bold’s emphasis on space-as-service is the fundamental shift in mindset many in Real Estate are missing. It’s past time we had a podcast like this exploring this new way of doing things in CRE, not least because it places human experience at the centre of decision making. That’s fundamental .
