A very informative look at nutrition

I was really happy to have discovered this nutritional gem which is wonderfully presented in an accessible way providing tips from experts, real life experiences and the way we have evolved in terms of food and requirements over 3 million years or so.Its a show which will help you get more connected with food and have a better understanding of what we are eating.Especially in these modern times. The old adage of what we put in we get out is certainly true.A lot of effort has clearly gone into making this brilliant pod so please give it a listen. The host Poldi Is really great to listen to and is a natural teacher at imparting knowledge.Keep up the great work😀👍🏾
