    This is a pretty straightforward flow progressing to full splits while working the strength and length of your hamstrings. Along the way we’ll sneak in some self-massage and eccentric contraction, which means you gotta take your time and practice patience. Because…what’s the rush?     Here is a practice that will work all of your hip socket and much of your leg. It’s not just passive stretch. We’ll do a lot to mobilise and strengthen the muscles around the hip socket in a variety of shapes. We’ll finish with some feel good folding. You’ll need a strap and something to sit on. Adam’s instructions are delivered with such calm and clarity — there is no need for visual / video distraction. Fully accessible for beginners with dynamic options for advanced practitioners.
