In this episode, We had one of the original founders of Beer Fest Fridays, Karina. She came over to keep us informed about the crossfit open 2024. She took part in the crossfit open competition as she has done for the pasted 6 years. We discussed the new rules in place in the crossfit open 2024 and her journey doing the open. We even took it back to the last time she was in Beer Fest Fridays. At that time she was pregnant and still doing crossfit. Her knowledge about crossfit is immense.
