Episode 16: What You Think Is What You Get I Am Shiftable: A Meditation Podcast

    • 健康與體能

Things are shifting and we have called it ALL to us. Lindy and Mars raise awareness around how we are feeling into things we are manifesting- the “good” or the “bad” we asked for it all. Emotional well-being is the key to shifting into your ultimate self and Lindy shares five ways to tap into this space. Mars is currently getting a mixed bag she is manifesting and Lindy talks about overcoming some body pain that was related to non-communicated emotions. Learn how to transform it all into what you want. This week listeners are introduced to another sound mantra called HU. Singing HU has been practiced for thousands of years in one form or another for inner attunement. In the same way a musician can use a tuning fork to find the right pitch, the person singing HU tunes in to a higher spiritual awareness. With your eyes closed, sing HU (pronounced like the word hue) as a song of love. You may notice a feeling of peace, warmth, and comfort. You may also recognize the presence of the Divine through greater spiritual insights into your daily life. (more on HU here: https://eckankar-vt.org/hu-chants)
