    Today on Your Morning Start we talk about what you "breathe in" is important. We talk about our thoughts and how we need to be mindful of them. Then we explain Breathe Be Give's Moving Meditation.



    The Put It to Bed portion will conclude this explanation. You'll want to have your tennis shoes on because we will go  through a brief meditation to get you started on a moving meditation. There are many rewards for moving your body...plus it's super easy. You will be happy to get started!

The Best moments do not come when you wait, they only come when you help create them. There is no best time for kids or getting married or write a book or start a podcast.  In Your Morning Start went  over a list of 10 things that will help you be at your best.

    If your best is not getting better you are no longer giving your best. Your baseline is always rising. In Put it to Bed we continue and add to the list of things that help you with being your best.
