Religious Identity Buffers the Effect of Risky Sexual Behavior on Life Satisfaction

Religious Identity Buffers the Effect of Risky Sexual Behavior on Life Satisfaction

In this recording of my presentation, I briefly share our research on how religious identity affects the relationship between risky sexual behavior and life satisfaction. From the literature, studies have shown that risky sexual behavior has positive consequences on an individual due to feelings of satisfaction from their sexual experiences and elevated self-perception of empowerment and attractive self-image. Sex Positivity- from BDSM, FWB, Kinks to Sex Psychology (18+NSFW)

In this episode, I try to open-mindedly discuss the topic of Sex and Sex Positivity with my graduate school friend, Daniel. We are both pursuing our master’s degree in Clinical Psychology which harnesses our interest in the field of Sex Psychology- sexual disorders and porn addiction. All seriousness aside, this podcast episode is simply a not-so-wholesome, no-filter conversation (on BDSM, kinks) between two friends over a bottle of wine.
