Meditations with Kate is a series of all levels meditations meant to encourage a sense of awareness and mind-body connection. Kate is an E-RYT 500hr yoga Instructor and yoga teacher trainer. She divides her time between leading group yoga classes, private sessions, and directing a 300hr YTT program.

Walking Meditation
In this meditation we use movement of the body to help with sustained attention.

Acknowledgement Meditation
In this meditation we will focus on non-attachment to feelings and distractions through the process of acknowledgement.

Grounding Meditation
In this five minute grounding meditation allow the mind and body to reconnect with stillness.

Metta Meditation
In this nine minute meditation we will focus on Metta, or Loving-Kindness. This meditation promotes finding love and compassion for ourselves and others.

Body Scan Meditation
In this seven minute meditation, Kate will lead you through a Body Scan Meditation to cultivate awareness through a mind, body, and breath connection. Suitable for all levels of meditators, especially beginners.
