Combining the Healing Power of Horses and Personal Development with the Horse Whisperer, Jen Hall

How to Manifest Your Dreams without Losing Yourself with Trez Ibrahim

How to Manifest Your Dreams without Losing Yourself with Trez Ibrahim

What are you willing to leave behind to achieve your wildest dreams?
In this episode, I'm joined by the extraordinary Trez Ibrahim. Trez is a Trainer, sought-after Speaker, Author, and Life Mastery Strategist who is passionate about helping people break the barriers that hold them back from conquering their wildest dreams.
Trez's parents moved from Egypt to the US with their two children, their desire for freedom, and their conviction that they had chosen the right place to make their dreams come true. They had simple ambitions: own a small farm, live off the land, and travel a bit. Time and life's harsh teaching methods showed Trez some things take longer than others, and unfairness is a feeling we all experience much more often than we'd like. Still, her bullet-proof mindset and the ingrained belief that dreams come true pushed her through every challenging situation; she learned to walk straight into her dreams and make every second count.
We had a wonderful conversation about Trez's background in neuropharmacology and neuroanatomy, which led to her interest in neuroscience and her forever curiosity about how our mind works. She also explained the difference between brain and mind and between mindset and brainset.

Additionally, Trez explains how she helps people break the barriers that hold them back, shares her thoughts on how being raised by immigrant parents shaped her thinking, teaches us how to connect with God, and much more.
Tune in to episode 33 of RADitude and learn how to turn your biggest ambition into an achievable goal.
