Jiranek, MD to discuss the development of the longitudinal arthritis bundled care model they have developed at Duke University. The program came from their experience in shorter episode-based bundles, and delivers surgical and non-surgical care for a year or as many as five years. The patients’ care in this bundle is managed by physical therapists overseeing all aspects of arthritis care and works on determining whether a patient is in need of surgery or not.
