Let's start this discussion on the right note. In our daily lives, we engage in two types of conversations - talking to others and talking to ourselves. Some people may deny talking to themselves, but it is a common practice. However, today, such labels have become less clear, and people struggle to define themselves.

Formation and transformation
In the past it was very easy to answer the question, “Who am I?” Hindu, Christian, Mohammedan, Indian, Chinese, Tibetan, white/black, man/woman – things were clear, people knew who they were. Now it is not so clear; all those labels have disappeared. Everybody is standing nude, with no labels, and great anxiety arises. Everybody has to define himself.
