The Weekly Energy Set is a meditation designed to focus your attention on a particular theme or energy. They vary anywhere from 15-20 minutes in length, and may be done anywhere. However, it is recommended that the first time you listen to any one Weekly Energy Set that you do so in a quiet space (not driving!). The Weekly Energy gives you the opportunity to work with the same energy throughout the week, should you choose.

When we set energy for yourself, you are validating yourself as a spirit in a body. You validate yourself as a conscious creator and tell the Universe that you make your life on your terms.     Relationships, one way or another, get charged. There’s hefty emotion and experiences past or present, attached to them, which creates a loop of continuous misunderstanding, dependency, pain, you name it. Taking time to look at and clear the space with another enables you to another’s energy that you are holding onto. It also empowers you to reset the energy between you, and see them (and yourself) clearly as spirit.

    he week’s Energy Set is about your vibration of self-affinity. Valentines’ Day is just around the corner, and it’s not surprise that the focus of the week and/or month may be on relationships. Whether we love our relationships or hate them or are pining for one or some, nothing matters more than the relationship that we have with ourselves. If we can’t love ourselves: the good, the beautiful and our perceived bad and ugly, then how can we expect anyone else to?
    Relationships are charged topics, meaning there’s usually hefty emotion, whether past or present, attached to them, or one’s experience of them. Taking time to look at and clear your vibration of self-affinity not only gives you permission to release pain and past experiences in your heart space, but also enables you to see yourself clearly, without judgement, and with eyes of love.

    Forgiveness

    Forgiveness

    Hello everyone! The week’s Energy Set is all about forgiveness.   (If you’re new to the Weekly Energy Set, you can find out more about it here.) Forgiveness gives us permission to release, let go, and move on. Forgiveness is a very neutral, high vibration. I often see it clairvoyantly as a gold color. By consciously running your vibration of forgiveness, you are allowing yourself to be renewed, to recognize yourself as a divine creative being, and to let go and begin again.
    The energies I find that forgiveness helps us get neutral to are karma (energy created from actions we’ve done in the past or the future), punishment–especially self-punishment, and control or competition. The latter two I often find come in the form of trying to “be” whatever we are “supposed” to be.  And while it’s great to have goals, when we don’t meet them, or it takes longer than expected, we may unconsciously hold that against ourself, limiting our creativity and joy in our life experience. We may also punish ourselves for getting stuck. It’s the “getting stuck” trap that forgiveness is great at getting us out of. When we get unstuck, we can step away and see ourselves, and whatever was/is bothering us, in a new light.
