    In this episode I talk about the relationship between deprivation and desire. This relationship is most often what starts the cycle of overeating, bingeing, yo yo dieting, & regaining weight you’ve already lost. It is really important to understand this relationship and how to manage it so you can stay out of overeating/bingeing/yo yo dieting cycles and keep on the path to “normal” eating patterns, sustained weight loss (if that’s your goal) and ultimately freedom from food and body thoughts and the ability to move on to other things in your life.
