    The practice of non-stealing (asteya)

    The practice of non-stealing (asteya)

अस्तेय, asteya (a-stay-yah), is 1 of 5 yamas in the 8 limbs of yoga. Imposter Syndrome

I’m working hard to dispel the limiting belief system I have about myself and restarting this podcast is one of many things that I intend to embark on to help myself break free. Thank you for joining me on the journey. ◡̈

A quick 5 minute meditation for the end of the day to help recentre you. The music played is traditional sitar music from one of my teachers, Roop Verma.
