Just listen to two so far

I found this after listening to Ian on a morning radio program and thought he was very articulate.
He seemed lighter or more up beet on the radio.
This is interesting, but you wouldn’t want to be feeling down or insecure while listening..
He has gone through definitions of how you can feel hopeless… and just just touched on hope… I get it… but
hopefully there will be a little bit more “light at the end of the tunnel”
Still I will keep listening.. it’s definitely educational to see how these situations/emotions can be broken down. & it’s well explained
I studied fine art.. so no background in therapy whatsoever..
I have to rate to post a review… so I gave a 3 but will rate it after I have listened to more and get more of a feeling of the podcast.
But definitely not going to put a pep in your step… but I don’t think that’s what he’s planning on doing. It’s not that sort of podcast.
