I've listened to the Joe Duffy and Kathryn Thomas interviews and this is exactly what I've been looking for - it's not all about the personality of the podcaster, he is content to put the focus on his guests and it's great that his ego isn't getting in the way. Great interviews, great interviewer.

it was all about Lucy. She’s great. Her family’s great. Her tv program is great. and the odd kicking of guests from her show, not so nice.
