    These are some of the questions I'll discuss in detail with my guest Rohini Singh who is an the first EFT healer in India (1999), mentor, corporate facilitator,  author and have been transforming lives of people both nationally and internationally for around three decades. 

    Whether or not we consider ourselves to be emotional or not an emotional person, emotions impact our lives more deeply than we can imagine.  I will be discussing in detail about emotional processing and how they affect our lives and health. We will also discuss our favourite tool EFT which can ease out physical mental and emotional turmoil v fast.

    Clinical Depression is an mental  illness, based on certain criterion a psychiatrist makes a diagnosis.  Here I am focussing more on the "State of Depression" , " Feeling low/ depressed" which can be an aspect of a mental illness or but can be experienced otherwise also, as a part of life. Whether or not it reflects a mental illness in your case is a job of psychiatrist to evaluate, but it definitely reflects one's mental state and mental health in general at that time.

    MANAGING ANXIETY : YOGA NIDRA

    Yoga Nidra is a subtle yet powerful practice with numerous benefits. It is not only a therapeutic practice, but, the same practice can be used to enhance one's efficiency, productivity and brain functioning.   

    Yes, yoga nidra and similar conscious deep rest tools (breath work and meditation are some other tools from yoga practice) which are being used  for "Brain hacking" or "Neuro hacking", of course hacking  for all good reasons i.e optimising brain's capacity. (Will discuss Brain hacking in some later post.)  

    So, if you are dealing with anxiety or some other physical /psychological concern or just stressed or want improve your efficiency, yoga nidra serves it all.   As mentioned in the video there are many variations in yoga nidra, here I am sharing a short yoga nidra session which you can practice with me as and when you need. (Not while driving or similar activity please.)
