    Ep 20: The ultimate purpose

    Ep 20: The ultimate purpose

In this episode of the Kendra Maya Podcast, we dive into the ultimate purpose of being on Earth according to Himalayan Yoga. This episode of the Kendra Maya podcast is part of a series on the fundamentals of the human mind and its environment. Kendra Maya is a Himalayan Yogi from the ancient school of Yoga called Trilok Akhada.
She delves into the following questions:
What are the questions you can ask yourself to find your purpose (inspired by author Mark Manson)
What does death have to do with this?
    What is the ultimate purpose?
Basically, some people are saying that its OK to kill yourself while obsessing over your purpose (in fact, it is one way to find what you truly want). While that is true, that we should do what we willing to kill ourselves for (and that which offers value to the world), it is important to note that you can't offer this value once you are dead.
So, if you want to sustainably pursue your purpose, your mental and physical well being should be the foundation. However, to get healthy, you got to ask yourself, what am I getting healthy for? What can I offer to the world once I have got this sorted?
