Binyamin Netanyahu, Israel’s prime minister, said that the country’s war cabinet had “unanimously decided” to “continue its operation” in Rafah. Also, Xi Jinping published a letter in a Serbian newspaper condemning NATO’s bombing of China’s embassy in Belgrade in 1999.
