Hi Abel, I'm a humanitarian worker and have worked in many war zone or natural disaster affected countries like Afghanistan, Nigeria, Haiti just to mention a few. I'm in Lebanon now and have recently discovered your podcast and absolutely love it. I've always been into fitness, health and nutrition and I consider myself an above than average fit person, I like my body and do not need to lose weight. Nonetheless after listening regularly to your podcast and all the people who praise the paleo diet I want to try it so badly, can you tell me some other positive aspects of the diet other than losing weight? You are so inspiring, and for people like me living in not always easy places it's very important to have someone that helps you in keeping your motivation for fitness and nutrition high. Thank you
