This is a relief

I’ve never listened so easily to a podcast.
And I can’t tell its magical recipe, maybe it’s just the perfect timing between objective and abstract concepts and personal tales to help you “visualize” them, but it’s just absolutely, lovely, perfect.
Oh, I’m just at 7th episode and I already can FEEL the amount of work you have put in here. I am still undiag but this has been my main reliable source of informations in the endless sea of adhd articles.
Thank, thank, thank you Kristen! 💖
