    Today we share with you The Shocking Truth About Losing Weight fast and healthy to achieve the dream body you always wanted to have. Many tips you find on the internet are very helpful. But they can only be successful if you follow these 5 shocking advices! 



    The First Truth is:
    Weight Loss is About Believing in Yourself
    A really important point to understand is that you have to believe in yourself and in the person you want to become. If you want to lose weight this is so important. Even if you don’t feel well in your body now and if you just want to transform your body appearance as fast as possible, believing in yourself will. Help you a lot on your journey. To believe in yourself means you're motivated to get things done and to accomplish your daily to dos. Get into the habit of setting goals. Set yourself short-term and long-term-goals. After that you can take active steps to achieve every single one of them them. With every goal that you have achieved, no matter how small, your confidence will increase.

    The Second Truth is:
    Weight Loss is About Building new Routines and stick to them.
    Especially at the beginning of losing weight, you set yourself many different tasks and routines to follow. But the most important thing is to establish at least one new routine in everyday life and to stick to it consistently. Be it training three times a week or just drinking water every day. Set yourself a new routine and stick to it consistently.

    The Third Truth Is:
    Weight Loss is About Commitment
    The most important part of creating a new routine & new habits is to really commit to them. Stick to your new routine every single day without any excuses. This is so important. Because if you find excuses for not doing it and put it off, this excuse will be the justification for yourself to for not doing it the next time. And what helped me the most to implement this habit was the quote: “You don’t have to feel like doing it”. And this completely changed my life. Because we always think, yeah I have to feel like exercising today or like eating healthy…. But this isn’t true. You don’t have to feel like doing it. You only have to stick to your commitment and be proud of yourself. And by sticking to it every single time, the new habit becomes your new reality.

    The Fourth Truth About Losing Weight:
    Not every day will be great.
    There will come days where you cheat yourself and procrastinate. You may also feel that you're failing. Then positive good days will come again and finally you will not feel like continuing and you will want to give up. That’s okay and this is part of your process. But this is the point where you decide whether you can do it and continue your journey or if you only tried to achieve your goal. Accept that failure is a part of the process, but focus on your goal and stand up even when there are some bad days.

    The Fifth Truth About Losing Weight:
    Weight Loss Success takes Time
    Don’t give up if you sometimes fail at something. Keep on trying. That’s what will make you successful in life. Do not be afraid to fail or make mistakes. Pick yourself up and move on. The more often you fail the better your chances of succeeding one day. Each time you fail you will have learnt something that will move you closer and closer to your success.

We looked at the best weight loss tips on the internet and choose the number one tip I can give you for your journey that can help you the most for long-term results. Some tips are easier to implement than you think and can have a huge impact on your body weight.

    “I kept my diet the same and I didn’t change my physical activities, I just drank water instead of soda and coffee and I lost about 4-5 pounds in 2 weeks.”

    Losing weight is not easy, but it is simple. The only thing you have to do is consume fewer calories than you burn.
    Count your calories, and when you get to your goal calories for the day (1200 for instance), no more eating. Do this every day. No cheating.“

    We often tend to make excuses or cheat ourselves, but this is wrong. Be honest with yourself, believe in yourself and stick to your routine. Day by day. Follow it for at least 30 days and you will see results very soon.

    Today I want to tell you the most important habit you can learn in life when you want to lose weight and reach all your goals. And this is not get up early, meditate or exercise all day. It’s a strategy that you don’t find a lot about on the internet.

    It’s a strategy that you don’t find a lot about on the internet. But if you apply them consistently and integrate them into your everyday life, your life will change for the better.

    The Struggle of Sticking to Goals

    Many people struggle with losing weight for a long time and accomplishing their goal weight seems almost impossible, but when the new year begins they start to make resolutions for the next year. They write their goals down in a to do list and add a lot of things to it like:


    eating healthier
    exercise more
    drink more water

    As they write it down they feel really great with this idea of achieving their dreams. It almost feels like they have even achieved it without doing anything.

    So the new year comes around and they start to work on their goals. In the first week they go for a walk, start exercising and start preparing healthy food. But then there comes one day, where they don’t feel like going to the gym. And at home they don’t feel like eating the healthy food they prepared. They think there were so many days where they worked on their new habits and where they made lots of success. But today they want to keep a day off.

    The Solution That Changed my Life

    And with weeks and weeks going by there are more cheat days to come and they only go to the gym one single day per week anymore and one week later they completely stopped all their new routines. I can completely relate with this situation and you will probably had this experience in your life too, but what is this one thing that could make him stick to his goals for a longer time? It is commitment!

    You really have to think about what you want to commit to. Most people start new habits with a big change from today to tomorrow. In the last year they haven’t done any exercise and now they want to do it 3 times per week. That’s too much. Instead of forcing yourself to go to the gym 3 times a week start by going to the gym one time in the first 2 weeks, 2 times in the second weeks after and 3 times in the month after that. So the body can handle this change and can adopt to this new routine.

    But this isn’t everything.

    The most important part of your new habit “commitment” is to really commit to your new routine. It sounds so easy, but in reality, this is the hardest part. Stick to your new routine every single day without any excuses. This is so important. Because if you find excuses for not doing it and put it off, this excuse will be the justification for yourself to for not doing it the next time. And what helped me the most to implement this habit was the quote: “You don’t have to feel like doing it”.
