Yoga Nidra Healing Light Meditation
This meditation is practiced while laying down comfortably on your bed, sofa or yoga mat. Have a warm blanket to cover yourself and an eye pillow to cover your eyes. In this meditation we will focus on a healing light as it moves throughout our body.
