We are all exposed to sources of artificial blue light from the ubiquity of electronic devices in our lives. This is concerning, as exposure to this type of light has been found to impact sleep and cause eye damage (1, 2, 3) However, there are methods we can employ to minimize the harmful effects of this light, which I discuss in this podcast.
