有一個問題，被稱為過期（即使它仍然有效，一些診所卻這麼說）。
在區公所或數字機構詢問時並沒有問題。
在數字機構，他們告訴診所，「你們的機器似乎出現了故障，請檢查它」，按照數字機構的指示。
在脆弱的患者位置上，我嘗試模糊地傳達這一點，但完全沒有效果。
該診所堅持提供紙質保險證書。儘管紙質保險證書最終將被淘汰，但我不喜歡是唯一需要申請和使用紙質保險證書的人；這不僅僅是我的問題。

Troubles when using the My Number Card as an insurance certificate
An issue where it is said to be expired (even though it is still valid, some clinics claim so).
No issue when inquiring at the ward office or the Digital Agency.
At the Digital Agency, they tell the clinics, "Your machine seems to be malfunctioning, so please check it," as instructed by the Digital Agency.
In the position of a vulnerable patient, I tried to convey this vaguely, but there was no effect whatsoever.
The clinic insists on providing a paper insurance certificate. Even though paper insurance certificates will eventually be phased out, I dislike being the only one who needs to apply for and use paper insurance certificates; it's not just my problem.
