We are Oneida, Colleen, Alicia and Christina. Four women who met in nursing school 17 years ago. We've been through it all: school, work, balancing life, relationships, children, new careers, more education, more new careers and now, this podcast. As nurses we are part of a sisterhood; as friends, we support each other through it all. We've learned the hard way that there isn't much support out there for new nurses/practitioners, so we decided to start this podcast to talk about it.

Meet Lauren, the NP behind NPs of Insta!

Meet Lauren, the NP behind NPs of Insta!

In Episode 22 of the 4NPs Podcast we talk to Lauren Knobeloch, emergency medicine NP and creator of NPsOfInsta - a place where NPs can network and encourange one another.
Lauren has also recently published a book: "Pocket Passed: Nurse Practitioner," a book small enough to fit in your pocket that contains 1500 questions and answers NP students are sure to be asked during clinical rotations, and on the AANP/AANC Board Exams. She wrote it for NP students and new grad NPs, but it has proved to be a valuable resource for experienced NPs as well!
We also spoke to Lauren about her journey through nursing, the importance of nurses supporting eachother, and how she has been an amazing advocate for her daughter. Listen now to learn more!
