Week 5: Energetic Boundaries Meditation
This week I introduce another one of my favorite meditations. I use this one to tap into the feeling of my own energy so that I can practice distinguishing what’s mine and what’s not, as well as intentionally preventing any kind of energy exchange with others that does not serve me.

Week 4: Meditation for Connection
This week we take a break from Breathwork and explore a little meditation. I like to use this meditation to help remind myself that I am not alone, and that, as Dr. Ela Manga says, the breath dissolves any concept of separation. Hope you enjoy! P.s. I recommend re visiting episodes 1-3 and finding a practice that feels most inviting to you. I encourage you to commit to that practice for at least 5 minutes every day for at least 1 week. ;)

Week 3: Building Lung Capacity
Notice how it feels to slow the breath down, lengthening the inhales and the exhales with every breath. Notice how it feels to fill and empty your lungs at your fullest capacity.

This practice regulates the nervous system while helping us become more observant of our reactions in times of stress.
