良質の国際ニュース。ただしRSSフィードが不安定

BBCが作成する国際ニュースのポッドキャスティング。平日更新。アフリカ、中東、アジア、欧米、などなど、世界のニュースを偏らず集めた良質のニュース番組。前半は各地の紛争などシリアスなニュース、後半は文化紹介など比較的柔らかいニュースが中心。
また、英語学習用としては、毎回世界各国でのインタビューが含まれているため、さまざまなアクセントの英語が聞けるのが貴重。
内容的には五つ星相当なのだが、残念ながらRSSフィードが不安定でうまくPodcastとして機能していない。確実に毎日聞くつもりならThe Worldのホームページから手動でダウンロードすべき。というわけでPodcastとしての評価は星3つ。
