She meets Morning Gloryville founder Samantha Moyo in the UK to talk about sober raves - and heads over to the beautiful Udara yoga retreat and spa in Bali to try a class for herself. Then she discusses it with DJ Sean, who sees it all from behind the decks.

    Samantha Moyo is the original founder of Morning Gloryville, the wellness movement that went global and onboarded 200K members within its first 18months. Since selling the business, she’s been signed to a music label; lived with indigenous tribes in Africa; delivered a TEDx talk; continued to feature in national press and offered transformational coaching. 
     
    DJ Sean is a yogi, surfer and ecstatic dance DJ who’s lived all over the world and now sees the world of ecstatic dance from behind the decks.

She attends a sacred group tantra temple night in Bali with tantric coach Aaron Kleinerman from Embodied Awakening Academy, meets sex coaches Megan Lambert and James Mattingly for a sex coaching session with her partner – and discusses the art of tantra with therapist to the stars Michaela Boehm.

    Michaela Boehm: An international intimacy, relationship and sexuality expert and author who was formally educated into the female held Tantric Shakta tradition from the age of 16. She is also therapist to some of the world’s most famous actors, entertainers and celebrities - including Will Smith and Gwyneth Paltrow.
     
    James Mattingly: An intimacy and attraction coach for couples. James has a passion for connecting people to themselves and to their purpose. Knowing the importance that body and breath play in intimacy, he has led thousands of people to a deeper understanding of who they are.

    In Episode 7, Jade relaxes at a sound bath at the Pyramids of Chi in the hills outside Ubud, run by Peter and Lynne McIntosh. And she speaks to best-selling author and sound bath expert Jasmine Hemsley about what sound healing actually is – and how we can bring it into our daily lives.
    Meet this week’s guests: 
    Jasmine Hemsley: A three-time best-selling author, founder of ‘Hemsley and Hemsley’ and ‘East by West’, a TV presenter, chef and wellness expert. She’s listed in the UK’s top 20 chefs and her latest book won the Women’s Health Wellbeing Book of the Year award. Pre-Covid, she took her soothing sound baths around London as an antidote to the hectic pace of inner-city life. More recently, she’s hosted weekday sound baths on Instagram live, and become a mainstay in many people’s lockdown lives. She’s also created downloadable sound baths for people to enjoy in their own time.
     
    Peter and Lynne McIntosh: The founders, developers and operators of the Pyramids of Chi – two huge pyramids in the magical area of Ubud. They offer sound healing, light therapy, cacao ceremonies, breath and voice workshops, yoga and more – and are also trained gong masters.

    Ashleigh Guthrie
    Healing guide and spiritual mentor, who specializes in Cacao ceremonies after she discovered the practice on a trip to Guatemala. She has had some incredible and healing experiences with Cacao and now helps others experience it, predominantly in the Manchester, UK area.
