    My first introduction to hypnosis came when I was in college and having to take calculus.  While talking with a neighbor, I discovered that he did clinical hypnosis.  As we talked, I explained that I wasn't able to pass Algebra 2 in high school.  He said he would make me a session and If I listened to it every night for 3 weeks, I wouldn't pass easily.  The end of that semester, I came out of the class with a B.  I realized that the mind only needs positive input and is capable of amazing things.  This session is intended for those students that was to accel, but just can't seem to connect all the data.  When listened to consistently for 21 days, you will find that your reading and comprehension will improve, test anxiety will decrease and your memory recall will be like a data search.

    Healing Relaxation

    Healing Relaxation

    Hypnosis is a harmless method of relaxing, while reaching the inner mind to create desired changes in behaviors or actions.  These can be unwanted behaviors or desired changes.  Hypnosis is very safe and cannot cause you to do anything that would be against your morals or wishes.  Many people will often hear much of what is on the recording the first 1-2 sessions, however as you listen to successive sessions, you will drift off faster and faster.  While in this state, you remain aware of your surroundings in the event of an emergency, however without distractions, you can just enjoy the peaceful feeling.  When your mind is in a state of relaxation, it creates an opportunity for positive input.  Hypnosis is much like day dreaming, with the bonus of extra relaxation.

    This is an easy listening relaxation session designed to introduce you to hypnosis.  For best results find a comfortable, quiet place to recline or lie down and allow the session to carry you into a deep, relaxing journey.  If you have problems falling asleep at night, this session can be used at night when ready to go to sleep or mid afternoon for a quick power nap.
