    When the Air and Space Elements increase in the mind, it can become unstable and prone to imbalances or dysfunctions, like overthinking, ruminating, catastrophizing, nervousness and other symptoms of anxiety. That is why, it is important to increase your Earth element, to give you the necessary grounding and stability to your thoughts, mind and energies.

    Soothing Sleep Meditation - Just 10 minutes | Guided Meditation with Abhishek Joshi | Inner Journeys

    Sleep with ease, my friend!

    Use this meditation regularly for the best results.

    Here are some techniques that can help promote peaceful sleep:

    1. Establish a consistent sleep schedule: Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends.

    2. Create a bedtime routine: Engage in relaxing activities before bed, such as reading a book, taking a warm bath, or practicing deep breathing exercises.

    3. Make your sleep environment comfortable: Ensure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and comfortable. Consider using earplugs, eye shades, or white noise machines if needed.

    4. Limit exposure to screens before bed: The blue light emitted by electronic devices can interfere with sleep. Avoid using screens (phones, tablets, laptops, TVs) for at least an hour before bedtime.

    5. Avoid stimulating substances: Reduce or avoid consuming caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol close to bedtime as they can disrupt sleep patterns.

    6. Exercise regularly: Engaging in regular physical activity can promote better sleep. However, avoid exercising too close to bedtime, as it can increase alertness.

    7. Manage stress: Practice relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, or journaling to help reduce stress and calm the mind before sleep.

    8. Create a sleep-friendly diet: Avoid heavy meals close to bedtime and consider having a light snack if you're hungry. Some foods, like chamomile tea or foods rich in tryptophan (e.g., turkey, milk), may promote sleep.

    10. Seek professional help if needed: If you consistently struggle with sleep despite trying various techniques, consider consulting a healthcare professional for further evaluation and guidance.
