But try it a few times, and you might experience a shift in your practice. As I tell the people who practice with me all the time, your body is your best teacher. All you have to do is listen in. Trust yourself. I am only your guide.

Or if you know now what you’d like to be different, then it’s time to move through some discomfort or fear or doubt to make the change you want to see happen now. Your energy is everything.

In order to move forward from a past that might have us feeling stuck, hurt, or fearful of a future, we must transform. We must go beyond the form that is our past. Perhaps that’s where Fire Log Pose comes from, that which we are burning through.
