    When the thoughts are screaming,
    And the world seems unsteady,
    When you feel like you’ll fall to your knees. 

    The voices are loud,
    The weight feels heavy,
    And your body is filled with unease.

    PAUSE

    Take a deep breath,
    And follow it close,
    Imagine you’re riding a wave.

    All the way in,
    Then all the way out,
    Giving the peace that you crave. 

    PAUSE

    Slow your breath down,
    Slower,
    And slower.
    Relax your body,
    Softer,
    And softer. 

    Breathe…

    LONG PAUSE

    Now here in this stillness,
    Where time seems to pause,
    Imagine you’re surrounded by light.

    Blue hues of calm,
    Green rays that ground,
    And white glows gleaming real bright. 

    PAUSE

    Watch the light swirl,
    Then enter your body,
    As each inhale pulls it all in. 

    It cleanses and clears,
    It softens and flows,
    It leaves peace where chaos has been. 

    PAUSE

    Slow your breath down,
    Slower,
    And slower.
    Relax your body,
    Softer,
    And softer. 

    Breathe…

    LONG PAUSE

    Now with a clear mind,
    And with a full heart,
    You’re free to create thoughts that transform.

    Thoughts that expand you,
    Thoughts that excite you,
    And remind you of who you truly are. 

    PAUSE

    An expression of god,
    A manifestation of love,
    You’re here to create and expand.
     
    Let go of the chains,
    That threaten your freedom,
    Lean into the magic at hand. 

    PAUSE

    Breathe and relax,
    Connect with your soul.
    Breathe and you’ll see,
    You’re perfect and whole.

    You have two options,

    To allow your fears to plague your mind 

    Or to let go,

    And feel a wave of peaceful relief wash over you 

    PAUSE…

    Let out a clearing exhale,

    Allowing your body to release 

    And let go of any tension you’ve been holding.

    PAUSE…

    Breathe…

    And allow all of your fears to spill out

    Washing off of your body 

    And clearing out of your mind.

    PAUSE…

    Feel them running down you, 

    Like drops of rain falling, 

    Falling, 

    Falling down. 

    Until they drop from you,

    Land onto the ground,

    And absorb into the Earth. 

    LONG PAUSE

    Let any doubt,

    Any worries,

    And anxieties,

    Fall to the ground,

    And sink into the Earth. 

    LONG PAUSE

    You are light,

    You are free.

    It’s out of your hands, my love.  

    It’s time to loosen your grip.

    To let go of control of that which is making your mind spin,

    So you can surrender to the deep sleep that is here. 

    Come, 

    Into your body,

    And out of your head. 

    Away from the racing thoughts and storm clouds of worry,

    And into the slow, undulating waves of your breath.

    In and out.

    Cool and warm.

    Expanding and releasing. 

    Breathe…

    PAUSE…

    It’s all going to be okay.

    Here in this moment, you have no control over that which you desperately want.

    A specific outcome,

    Another person’s actions,

    Mother Nature.

    There is no amount of worrying or thinking that will change this moment.

    So surrender your desires to the stillness of the night,

    And trust in her and the wisdom of the universe.

    PAUSE…

    Inhale to touch the stillness, 

    Exhale to release control. 

    Breathe in,

    Breathe out.

    PAUSE…

    Unwind the tension in your body,

    Setting free all the tight parts so they can sink even further into your bed.

    PAUSE...

    Stress lives in the dark,

    Love is in the light. 

    So invite every cell in your body to shift from control to faith,

    From worry to hope,

    From dark to light.

    PAUSE…

    Be here in the light,

    Bathing in the soft yellow blankets of hope.

    Let them soothe you as you dream of possibilities, 

    And whisper your prayers to the Universe.

    And then let go,

    You have no more control right now.

    PAUSE…

    So feel your body melt further into your bed,

    And your mind hum with spaciousness.

    No more thinking.

    No more doing. 

    Just being, 

    One with love.

    One with trust. 

    PAUSE…

    Begin by finding a comfortable seated position, 

    With your back straight and your feet grounded on the floor. 

    PAUSE…

    Take a deep breath in through your nose, 

    And as you exhale, 

    Release any heaviness you may be holding in your body.

    PAUSE…

    As you breathe deeply, 

    Focus your attention on the healing power of the universe. 

    Imagine this power flowing through your entire being, filling you with a sense of calm, peace, and well-being.

    PAUSE…

    Repeat to yourself the following affirmation: 

    "I am a channel for the healing power of the universe. 

    Every breath I take brings me closer to perfect health and well-being."

    PAUSE…

    Allow yourself to fully surrender to this healing energy, 

    Let go of any negative thoughts, 

    Emotions, 

    Or physical sensations that may be blocking your path to wellness. 

    PAUSE…

    Trust that the universe is supporting you in your healing journey, 

    And that you are deserving of all the love and abundance it has to offer.

    PAUSE…

    Visualize yourself in perfect health and harmony, 

    Radiating with vitality and joy. 

    See yourself living your life to the fullest, 

    With the energy and enthusiasm to pursue your dreams and fulfill your purpose.

    PAUSE…

    Trust that the power of the universe is always available to you; 

    You are a powerful co-creator of your own reality.

    PAUSE…

    Take one final deep breath in,

    And as you exhale, 

    Slowly open your eyes and return to the present moment, 

    Feeling renewed, refreshed, and ready to embrace all the possibilities of life.
