Alongside sharing their own personal stories of Christmases past, Jenny focuses specifically on the topic of loss in her coping strategies section; the mourning we all feel over a year of missed opportunities as well as over the loved ones we have lost.

Great Expectations | Overachievement & Perfectionist Thinking

This week Izzy and Jenny discuss the impact of those unreachable expectations that we not only put on ourselves but that society implicitly places upon us.
