In this episode Phil interviews RAF pilot and Rugby Union legend Rory Underwood. Since leaving the RAF has built a number of successful businesses and now leads Wingman, a strategic growth consultancy operating across the UK.
From his early days as a 'sport-mad' ex-pat kid growing up in Singapore to joining the RAF as 'mudrunner' low-level pilot, flying Hawks and Tornados and clocking up 3000 miles of flight time, Rory's personal journey is full of invaluable life lessons.
"Back then flying in the RAF was my job and playing rugby was my hobby at the weekend" recalls Rory as he explains the dual hats he wore throughout his career.
Since leaving the RAF Rory followed his passion for helping company owners develop a performance culture in a business.
