1- Always act like the person you are working toward , I am a runner , I am a healthy person , I am an investor etc..

2- Motivational rituals are so important . Motion + Action = Results

I am going to start tracking my habits with a habit journal , created by the author.

Rating :  Love the book , perhaps too long and too many references to research. Seems to be repetitive in some areas. 4.0 /5.0

She understands that each of us have a unique story to share . She created a journal workbook separate from the book to dive into our own personal story. That is going to be my action plans to follow this journal to get in depth in finding my own story.
