My 3rd guest on the 'Alternate Fields' podcast is AZA the Messenger.  AZA is an east coast recording artist/songwriter/musician and Phd. in residency at the Yale Department of Psychiatry where he is involved with some very interesting research and studies into 'music mindfulness' ( @musicmindfulnessstudy ) amongst other things.  We had a great conversation and he is a really great and insightful guy that I highly recommend you follow and stay in tune with.  Hopefully you gain something of value from this episode.
