It's okay to just take a break sometimes. I know we get caught up in the constant routine to success. Just take a step back and celebrate the small wins. You owe yourself that much 

A lot of us might be stuck and scared because we don't want o get out of our comfort zone. Sometimes you've just got to take the risks and see what happens
