I ask my listeners and audience to take a moment to think of their mental state and feelings before listening to this podcast. This podcast focuses on tragedy, loss, and grief- the real ghosts or living loved ones that change lives, and those who bring love into and out of the world. I want to thank everyone for listening and allowing me to process my loss, and giving me the time and space to heal and find my little ghost.
