Welcome to Inside OUT where we dig into the things that keep us from being who we want to be and who we were meant to be. We will uncover things like our need to be perfect, or feeling of unworthiness, our struggles with our health, the challenges to accept our constantly changing lives. This isn’t all about the dark side, we will also honor all of the successes, resilience and inspiration we have gained. Together, we will discover the lessons and the tools that emerge by working from the inside out. I truly believe that when we do the work in our head, our hearts and in our spirits life-changing things will happen.
