    Hey Hi everyone this is JK here once again your life coach to welcome you on my another episode.

    Hmmmmmm!!! Why do you think we have problems in our life? May be we are just seeing one side of our life and forget to see the other side of our life.

    A coin has two sides.
    A life also has to have two side right?

    If one side of our life is to cry and complaint about the problems we are facing, then the other side should be happily appreciating small tiny things happening in our life. Do you agree?

    Fear of failures shouldn’t be an excuse not to try anything

    Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Ji always said, FAIL means it’s the “First Attempt In Learning” - if you don’t even attempt to do anything how will you gain the experience in learning.

    I am sure a lot of people here listening to me loves cycling 🚴‍♂️. Now tell me, Is it possible to learn cycling without falling? Why do you think people still learn cycling in the hard way of falling falling and falling again?

    Because while learning, you have fear of falling, but still - when you fall to your left you will feel the extreme end of falling on the left side and when you fall to your right you will know the extreme end of falling on the right side that way you will learn a beautiful concept in science called “Balancing” - You will only know how to ride cycle by balancing only if you had failed or fallen again and again. Do you agree with me? ⁉️ failing becomes an essential part of leaning if you want to travel for a long distance by gaining experience.

    Thomas Alva Edison puts failure in a beautiful way, he says “I HAVEN’T FAILED, I JUST FOUND 10,000 WAYS THAT WON’T WORK” You know something? He failed 2774 times according to his records and then reached a working design of an electric light bulb. This is how, so many times Thomas failed in making a light bulb filament that will glow in a vacuum when electricity is passed.

    When you fail, nobody around you will appreciate or encourage or even give credit to your efforts but that doesn’t matter at all because they have never failed in life by taking any risks or they don’t have the guts to fail or they give you a safer advice/approach to you without identifying any potential or foresee a greater future in you.

    CEO of Amazon - Jeff Bezos says, he has made billions off of failures and experimentation; there is no harm in it. If a particular venture is not successful, move on and learn from past mistakes.

    I have failed multiple times in my life big time! I have even invited failures - But I have learnt and gained experience in hard way that made me an iron man - a strong coach today. It’s okay to fail, believe me you will enter altogether a different world 🌎

    So failing is not a crime. It is just a habit of figuring out a path to your destiny until you get a clear vision in the tunnel to move out with your gut!

    Keep failing today, keep learning today - do not regret later for not failing or not trying!

    Today, I chose to share one important message with all of you. In this so called busy world we have been doing work continuously or slogging ourselves 24x7 in setting up a peaceful future. But at the compromise of what?

    “Present time and health” ???

    This world is so uncertain. I suggest it is important to have something called a “Me time” or in coaching language we call it as “happy hours”. What are these happy hours? We need to really spend at least 1 hour in a day only for us. Which means 23 hours you can work for the rest of the world but this 1 happy hour you should keep it for yourself. 🕰️

    Now, the question is what do you do in this 1 hour? - Simple!! you can read a book, you can paint, meditate, do yoga or you can go for swimming, running or listen to music, play a game or learn an instrument 🎻 or write a poem, do some crazy dance 💃 or sing a song likewise it can be anything you should do wherein only you and only yourself are involved and nobody else. This way you will feel the day full and not incomplete. You will start loving yourself. SELF LOVE! 💗

    Happy hours can eliminate big time daily stress levels and it can help you in producing dopamine required for your body helping you to realise that it’s okay to take a break in this fast moving uncertain world. Just live that moment! so that you won’t regret later that I was not just a slogging horse 🐴 but also I lived like an unicorn 🦄

    E 10: Bad Vibes 🙈 - How to handle?

    Haha who can explain about this better than me?.?… I have been trapped multiple times into the world of bad vibes and I have cracked a way to come out of the vibes. And that’s incredible.

    I thought, I will share some real time situations and how can you handle it better!

    Don’t sit in a restaurant, if you feel the vibes are not great while ordering food and the reception is not good with staff - DONT order — just walk away. No need to explain. It’s your choice. Do go to restaurant which makes you happy!! Do share feedback when something good happened with you! Start expressing for a good vibe!!!

    If you are not getting good vibes while choosing a car in the showroom, better don’t buy it. Walk away! Doesn’t sense of buying it. It’s your life - Better you choose with a greater vibe!!!

    If you feel, your boss in your company is continuously producing bad vibes and creating negative emotions at work place - just take a call - just walk away (may be your inner values aren’t sync with your boss/culture) search for another job or a company (no need to explain anyone - it’s your life) and it should be your choice!!!


    See, the moment you allow any bad vibes to enter your body - you will be trapped - you automatically tend to generate negative emotions and vibrations into your body and that will reflect your personality in the environment around you! Eventually you might end up in frustration and depression!!!

    Solution to this is - you should choose or decide to walk away from anything that gives you bad vibes. The key is, if you do anything which are in sync with your core values you tend to always get attracted towards good vibes in anything you do!!

    To summarise, bad vibes produce negative emotion and good vibes produce greater positive emotion. The choice is yours!!!
