This dialogue is taken from an outstanding movie ' Thoda sa rumani ho jaaye ' acted by Nana Patekar and directed by Amol Palekar where Nana has played different roles , one of them was baarishkar , in this poetry he is trying to assure the people that he can bring the rain if you offer me Rs. 5000 in advance depicting the importance of rain in different phases of life.
