Ep. 118 - Power Talk! Letting Go of the Arbitrary Rules!

Girl! My bet, if you listen to this podcast, is that you are a people pleaser, you questions your worth and are always trying to PROVE to someone that you are a "good enough" mom, wife, employee, etc.

The thing I realized is that most of those feelings are coming from arbitrary rules we put on ourselves. Like, REALLY! Who said we have to fold the laundry as soon as it comes out of the dryer?! Who said we can't go a day without washing the dishes?? Who said?!

It's time to let all that go and live by our own damn rules!! In this episode I am lighting a fire under that ass to get you towards letting go of these rules you have placed on yourself.
