Soren West, one of the oldest people to ever through-hike the full length of the Appalachian trail talks to us about his incredible journey. He and his dog hiked all 2,200 (ish) miles despite multiple injuries, illness, and bad weather. Soren never considered quitting as an option and his ability to persevere is truly inspiring. It is our hope that hearing his story will motivate others to pursue more active lifestyles and look to challenge themselves in new and exciting ways.
