A career transition from Healthcare to Music

James Nguyen, currently works as an Analytics Consultant at a health care organization. He joins Inder & Mir on the Career Talk Podcast to talks about his educational and career journey which led him to an Informatics role in Healthcare sector. He told us about how his family had an influence in his choices to find a stable career and how he was following a path defined by the family, only to later realize he was on the wrong path. He shares that his calling and passions lie in music and media industry. Later in the podcast he shares how he is going to pursue his dream of being in the music industry and his action plan for the same. He also shared the strategy he employed to identify what was missing from his life during the COVID period, which led him on the path of self-discovery and making big changes.
