- Ask unconventional questions to the hiring manager. Look them up on LinkedIn and ask them questions based on LinkedIn. 

- Add non-traditional bytes to your interview - ex: a book, podcast, resource that you've learned from in the past. 

- Find the drive within you despite rejection. 

Action Items:

- Find the right people for the job that you desire and develop meaningful connections with them. (p.s. - here's a tweet on building great connections)

- Create a positive environment when applying for jobs. There are going to be rejections but understand that you need one yes.
